'68 Camaro - Std vs RS fenders

Can a RS fender be used on a Std front end? Didn't know if you could do that just by removing a bracket or something??

no, but they do sell adapters to fit r/s to standard ones...but that helps you in no way. sorry

I did this on my 67. All you need to do is weld some taps to the fender for the headlight bucket and chrome bezels, assuming 67 and 68 are similar.

I just welded a couple tabs on that were made out of sheet metal. If you look past the tab you can see the stock RS mount. Hope it helps Randy

Thanks for the pics! Looks like it'll work out ok. I found a decent fender that is a RS fender.
