      seam sealer??

on my front foorboard...driver side...im noticing some rust under the seam sealer. how would i go about getting it up? i heard that a propane torch works well...or a simple putty scraper. What have you all used?

once i have it all off and fix the rust...do i just simply apply new seam sealer? i have never done this so im kinda out of my element here....

A heat gun and a scraper works well. Then, clean up the rust (maybe some POR15) and apply new urethane sealer.

I would think so... you can paint over it.
