6.5" BS on a 69 Camaro?

I have a stock wheel tub 69 Camaro with a 8.5" 10 bolt from a Nova.

The distance from the wheel mounting surface to the inner well is 6.5".

Isn't it normally 5.5"?

I am assuming the Nova rear is wider.

Will I be able to find wheels with that kind of BS?

Here are the specs from my '69 Z with factory 12-bolt and rear drum brakes:

Passenger side: 6 11/16"
Driver side: 6 3/8"

This is the measurement from hub/drum face to inner wheel well.

Your wheel backspacing needs to be less than your actual inner well clearance to make room for tire bulge and clearance when the diff is loaded on one side more than the other (i.e. steep driveways and hard cornering).

I actually just ordered my wheels (Coy's grey) and they recommended the std 5.5 backspace.
