Shock Relocation
I have a question. I have a pretty good idea of what I am going to do on this subject, but I thought I might get your input before I start. I have to relocate the rear shocks on my 78 ta, so I can do the LS1 rear brake conversion. I plan on putting a rectangular tube crossmember welded to the two rear frame rails, and to the trunk to mount the shocks to, and Jegs has a shock mount kit for "eye" styled shocks for the rear end housing. Does that sound sufficient. Should I mount these shocks straight up and down, or at an angle? Thanks for your help.
