I am trying to find out some info on these wheels.

The car was on the 2005 Power Tour and is also on G Force Design Concepts web-site.

What brand and size (diameter and bs) are they?

Oh yeah, that would be "Fuel". The builder/owner is Jason, his screen name is "datsbad". I beleive there are some specs somewhere around here. Do a search for his name and posts he has made.
