I've started cutting on the shell of my '68 Camaro. As you can see in the pics, the main portion of the trunk has been cut out along with the LH rear qtr. Those were done when I bought the car, I had just removed the LH floor and part of the toe panel. I have already cut and fit the replacement toe panel but still need to get the floor pan.
At this point I plan on welding in the new floor before cutting anywhere else on the car, although the $$ isn't there for the panels just yet, is there a good way to brace this thing up so that I could cut out the rest of the trunk floor without welding in the floor pan yet? I am going to replace trunk floor with a full trunk floor replacement pan.
