Difference between brake lines?

[68Camaro]

My car has power 4 wheel drums on it now and I'm want to swap to 4 wheel manual disc, but not all at once. My brake booster is messed up and the first step I want to do is to convert it to a manual setup. Does anybody know the difference between power and manual brake lines? Should I order the ones for disc applications or will they not work with my drum setup?
