      Can't find 9.5" wheels for a 69 Camaro

It seems like a good combination on a non-tubbed 1969 Camaro is the 17X9.5" rear with a 275 tire.

Other than Torque Thrust II, I seem to only be able to find wheels in 9" or 10".

I do not think I can run the 10".

Is there a big difference in the 9 vs. 9.5?

I want to run the widest tire I can with the car sitting down 2".

      Any ideas/suggestions?

Also, does an 18" look a lot better?

I have 9.5" rear wheels on the Monte. They are from Centerline. Check with them.

Will 18" 9.5" fit a stock wheel well?

I am ok with rolling/trimming the lip.

Yes thats exactly what I did and I am sure my car is a lot lower than yours will be. All I did was roll the rear lips. I havent rolled the front lips at all yet.

Will 10" work if 9.5 is not available?

Also, I think the Nova 8.5" rearend is wider than a stock 69 Camaro rear. Does anyone know the standard length of a stock 69 10 bolt rear?

      Thanks

Call Zach at BOZE Wheels. They built my wheels: timely and professional-- and they are site sponsor. Look under the ZE Forged section 3pc. They offer wheels in 9.5" widths.

the nova 8.5 is slightly wider, i used to run one before i had my 9" cut down. now the 9" i have isnt the same as the original camaro rear once the brakes were installed.
i urge everyone to take their own measurements before spending $ on wheels. once the 1/4's have been replaced once or twice things may change even more.

I had 10" in the rear of my last 69 camaro

      But not minitubs

      Yes, I still need wheels.

I really like those, but the rears are too wide.
