      Steel wheel question

I am looking to buy a set of these wheels:

But in 17X8, 17X9" size, 4" backspace, and 5X4.5" bolt pattern.

So far, the lowest price i've found is 155 a peice, from stockton wheel.

I have the 15" versions now, and paid like 40 a peice, lol.. What gives? Summit doesnt have the ones I want, for some odd reason.

I'm curious if it will be possible to get them, at all...id' even like 17X10 for the rear...

Summit does have the Cragar steelies in 17x8 and 17x9. They're $68.69 and $75.39 respectively, but they only come in 4.5 and 5" backspacing respectively. They're not custom backspaced from what i understand. The part numbers are CRR-3428812 and CRR-342-8912. You could also go with the cragar "soft 8" if you want to save a few extra bucks, because they seem to be a little cheaper. Mind you they are quite heavy and provide much more rotational mass. Hope this helped.

Check out the Black Soft 8 wheel Series 397. It is a Cragar that is the same as the u.s wheel 042. In Summit they are $55 for 17x8 and $60 for 17x9. It is a little heavier than the wheels you want but still alot lighter than the "fancy" ones. It is a black wheel with eight 3" round holes.

Wow dude, I never saw them, and I even called the tech line!! Thanks!!!

As far as weight, its no huge deal because the car is heavy, and the "racing" wheels won't put up to the abuse I plan on dishing out...
