Getting all the parts together for the brake swap. I learned that u need to right side caliper brakets to clear the 68 camaro staggered shock setup. My question is do i need two right side calipers??? Or do i use a left side caliper with a right side bracket???

I'm preparing a similar swap with Corvette LT 1 brakes (big brake option)!
The brackets are the same for left and right.
What setup for the emergency brake for your swap you will use?
I skip the staggered shocks and will change the sides of the calibers because of the bledding screws. The calibers are between axle and trunk (At the Vette LT 1 tha are in front of the axle)

I thought the brackets where different side to side? I already know im gonna need a custom ebrake cable and it looks like its gonna be hard to fabricate but we will see when the time comes. Ill make sure to take plenty of pictures!!!

The brackets are in fact different from side to side. If you have staggared shocks, get to right side brackets and two right side calipers. Done it.

I spoke about Corvette LT 1 brake caliber brackets and I think they are not different. But I will check this tomorrow.

Just get the two right side calipers and brackets and you're good to go. It's easier then taking the drums off, lol.
