can i fit these under my car

i am in need of new tires i have 245/50 16 on the rear and would like to get them on the front to have the large tires all around...right now i have 225-50 on the front...what is the largest tires i can run...i would like to get some bigger meats under the rear but i knwo i am limited with 16's....

I've seen 1st gens with Iroc wheels 16X8 not sure on backspace though. I used to run 245/50/16 all the way around on my 74 camaro back in 1991 and people thought I was weird.Times have changed. You should have no problem fitting that size tire on the front,just know your back spacing.
