chrome valve stems

I have a set of Intro wheels and I am trying to get some good-looking valve stems in them. The regular bolt-in chrome ones won't work because the hole is right agaist the rim where it turns flat to where the tires seals up. (stepped lip)

I have some of the ones that have the chrome sleeve that covers most of the rubber, but I'd like not to see any rubber. Anyone have a better solution?
