Paint suggestions for DSE dash, glovebox door, etc.

I am geting ready to paint my dash, DSE dash insert and rear window trim pieces. It will all be shot in black, except the background on the DSE inset will be silver/gray. I am looking for recommendations as I am wanting something a little glossier than the original GM black. Also should I topcoat the pices with a flat clear?

If you want some gloss but not a "wet" look, I would go with straight enamel. If that is too glossy as well, get some flatting agent and add to your personal desire.
