I ordered a bulk pack from them on 2/08. I was charged on 2/09. I have not recieved any e mails at anytime. It was a phone order. I have waited for it, and no package has come.

I have tried e mailing them, and keep getting failure to send replies.

I have been trying to call them and can not get an answer either.

Well, I finally got someone to answer the phone! Turns out my order had not even been shipped yet.

And on top of that, they had my order wrong. I had ordered a 36 sq ft bulk kit, which is listed for 49.99. They were going to send me a door kit, which only has 12 sq ft. They charged me 45 bucks the day I ordered it.

So, she said, do you want me to change it, and charge your card another $22.? Well, I guess thats my only choice.

I had placed this order on the phone, so it wasn't a internet problem, or a miss comunication via e mail or what ever.

So, as of now, I am not impressed at all with them.

It took them 2 weeks to even ship it, in fact as of 2 o clock, she said UPS had not picked the order up, so she could still change it.

Their website claims customer satisfaction and a 97% return customer rate.

I am not impressed.

Fat mat is a sound deadner like Dynamat, but it is supposed to be a lot cheaper. Several guys are using it here, I had never heard of it before reading about it on the interior forum here.

You need to try Lizard Skin..you spray it on in .010 each coat..max 6 coats or .060. Sound and heat..spray it in nooks and crannies..under headliner..fenderwells..plus it doesn't weigh anything..it's in the Cuda..we also used some DES stuff to wrap the exhaust..

I ordered a 100 roll and had to make several calls to get a shipment number. Seems like a mom and pop shop. Took a couple of weeks.

If you look in the post that you pasted I had a reply to the Fat Mat. I had a interior shop tell me it is identical to the Peal n' Seal you get from the lumber Co. (right down to the serial # on the package) A heck of a lot cheaper too.

How many gallons were used on the Cuda? Steve, how many gallons on the Camaro? Did you both use the ceramic formula?

I will use a spray in on my project car, but this was for my beater truck and I didn't want to go to crazy with it.

I ordered some fat mat two summers ago. It took me about 3 weeks to get my order as well. During that time, I sent a few emails... it took a day or two to get a response, and it was hard to get anyone on the phone.

But, in the end. I got my order. Stuff works well for the price. I was a happy customer.

Just get on ebay and order the bulk packs of Dyanmat. You can get the $250 kit for $80.

I have went to Lowe's and Home Depot looking for the Peal n' Seal, and can not find it. Any ideas?
