ive just put on new baer system, the kit came with a new master cyl, but the line outputs from the m/cyl (front rear) are opposite of what i have now. they say to swap the lines over to match theres, but what do ido about the rest of the underhood brake parts? (factory porportioning valve ,monitoring valve etc) do ihave to reroute these too? or can i just keep my original m/c in place (its new and looks identical to the baer) my car is a factory power disc SS car drums in rear.... thanks ....doug

I dont know what kind of time frame you're working on, but the same thing happened to me when I installed my kit. If I remember right, the front resevoir on the master cylinder actually fed the rear brakes, and the rear resevoir which is a lot larger fed the front brakes.
What I did, since I was building the car from scratch basically, I had the lines remade for me with the right size fittings on each end from the master cylinder down to the proportioning valve on the frame. I got mine done by Fine Lines. Thats really the only difference, just the lines from the MC down to the prop valve, the rest stays the same.
It's not that big of a deal, unless this is your daily driver, and you're looking to get it running tonight!!!!
Good Luck!
