Baer brakes w/ Baer or Wilwood Master Manual Setup

I did a search and I'm not finding opinions from real world experience on this topic (differences between the two). I prefer the looks of the Baer Master although performance is more important with this topic, obviously. From what I understand you want a smaller bore size for a manual setup (not sure if this is accurate, looking for advice). That said, Baer offers a 15/16", 1" and 1-1/8". Wilwood offers a smaller 7/8" in addition to the same sizes as Baer. Does the 1/16" smaller bore of the Wilwood perform better or is it not noticeable between the two Master cylinders?

      My brake setup:
Front: Baer PRO+ 14" rotor with 6P caliper
Back: Baer 13" rotor with 4P caliper

I was at the same X roads before deciding to go with a I booster. I called and spoke to Baer and they recommended a 15/16 piston master cylinder on manual breaks. I would stick to their master cylinder on their brake kit.

You mention that you would stick with Baer, Is that because you have experience with a manual configuration and have used both Baer and Wilwood and prefer the Baer MC? If so, what is your reason (i.e. initial bite, pedal effort, modulation, feedback/feel, consistency, etc.) behind choosing the Baer MC?

Should you have an issue. the manufacturers will point fingers at each other. Baer engineers for their systems and the like. It's not an absolute but it's a good rule of thumb. What's your time worth fixing problems you didn't know existed? You can't always stick to the same brand but when you can I recommend it.
