Can anyone tell me, did they cut the foam down along with the frame? DSE doesn’t mention
that. And has anyone used a pre-manufactured cover or are they all custom?

Had to cut mine down. I do think that you might be able to "squeeze" it in, but you still need to cut the wire and narrow it. 4 inches total is a lot to give.

I mini tubbed a 73 Firebird many years ago I cut down the rear seat frame (s) and then had them recovered them to match the front seats. I did the same thing on a 67 Nova project.
