88-98 LS rear disc swap
Hey Guys,
I just purchased a 95 GMC Sierra has anyone been able to install rear LS brakes on this trucks 10 bolt?
I have a spare rear disc brake set I would like to eventually install

So if you have the calipers and brackets it should be easy to mock and see what mods are needed.
You have to pull the rear drums and reinstall the axles to do some measuring. Do your calipers have the e-brake in the caliper or is it like a little drum brake in the disc hub?
I've used the 97 Camaro rear calipers/rotors and older on 2 gen Camaro 10 bolts. They worked well. I've also used the 98 Camaro and up. Again they worked well.

The parking brake is in the hub, like the drum brake in the set I have

You'll have to figure out a rotor, get yours re-drilled, or drill your axles as camaros are 5x4.75 and your truck is 5x5.

Are the flanges and axle ends the same on LS camaros & OBS trucks?
