suspension swap 73-nova and 79F body

I have a 73 omega and some F41 suspension 1979 firebird.
What can be swapped into the 73 unibody suspension. Can the front unibody frame fit the omega or -Springs, spindle, sway bat, steering box-etc be swapped to the 73 frame.
Any rear springs and sway bar cross exchange available?

IIRC a 73 omega is like a nova. That's basically a 1st gen f-body suspension. The 79 bird is a 2nd gen f-body, so most of the parts don't translate between the two. Steering box will. Maybe the rear springs.

Nothing, except the steering box and inner wheel bearings.

I take it the whole front sub frame does not interchange as well.

I thought it is a diffrence of front bumper mounts. has anyone tried to swap sub frames from the older generation from the 79 f body to the 73 nova.

Negative, there really aren't any similarities in those subframes.
