Emergency brake cable w/ Baer brakes and crossmember

I’m trying to figure out the best way to run the emergency brake cable. I have Baer brakes and I’m using hooker black heart crossmember. I have all the stock cables but I know one of the metal hooks used to attach to the original crossmember. I’ve seen some aftermarket cut to fit kits you can buy. I’m looking what’s going to be clean and works properly. How is everyone running theirs? Pics help too. Thanks!

Camaro/Wilwood setup but maybe it will work the same with your setup. Not my car in the link. I copied the setup and it works perfect.
