Looking for help deciding on suspension for 69 Camaro

I tried to avoid asking this because there is alot of info out there but with as many options as there are for suspension on a 1st gen my head is turning. I have a 1969 Camaro that currently has no suspension or subframe. I am looking to have a a really great performing car on the street and the track. I will not be competing against anyone or looking for the best possible lap time but i do want the car to put the power down, handle and stop with the best of them. I really like the idea of a full frame but am absolutely open to a traditional front subframe and a 4 link or torque arm. The car will have 600-700 horsepower, T56, forgelines, 14 breaks, and all the needed safety equipment. The car will see a lot of street driving, a fair amount of autocross and a little road racing (maybe twice a year). So far i am liking what Speedtech has to offer with the Extreme subframe and torque arm. I also really like the Roadster shop frames. The Spec chassis makes me a little nervous because it sounds like its really geared towards streetability more then racing performance but I could be wrong. I also want to be able to fit a minimum of 275 tires up front but maybe just maybe 315's. I am just looking for opinions on what people are liking and what is proven. Im not worried about the budget to an extent. I am open to all companies and suspension styles.

Facts. The only way you are getting 315s with stock sheet front fenders is with SpeedTech or Lateral Dynamics.

Opinions. I wouldn't race on a Spec chassis. Detroit Speed is still the standard for do it all suspension and do it all really damned well.

Personally, I think for the money Detroit Speed is hard to beat. That being said, SpeedTech deserves serious consideration. It's going to be tricky to get 315s under the stock fenders without some very careful planning. As what Donny mentioned, I'd put the Spec chassis under a nice pro-touring cruiser, but for true racing, I'd look at other options.

I ended up ordering the Speed Tech Extreme subframe and the Extreme torque arm. Should be here in a few months!
