Hello. I have a 69 Firebird that I am restoring into custom show type car. Looking into 2 point retractable seat belt options. It appears as though it is GM - OER 2 point seat belts that will only fit correctly. Seems because of the way the retractable part mounts on outsides of front seats. I have TMI bucket seats. Where they mount on the side, not on floor, they kind of have 2 steps up to not be in the way when moving seat backwards. I see where the GM -OER seat belts are " THE ONLY" ones that the retractor part is built to fit that configuration. I even spoke with 1 aftermarket brand today on phone, and they mentioned in the past how they came out with that same type of design, and GM stopped them from selling them. Any body ever use other 2 point retractable that actually worked correctly and looked good. Thanks. Jerry

Jerry,

Morris Classic Concepts makes 3 point retractable seat belts that
are year and car specific. We have a special bracket that will clear
the seats you have in the car.

Thx, Billy
