Hi everyone, I've just been lurking over here on pro-touring. Since it's more for all makes/models I had been more active on another forum specific to first gen Camaros.
However, the style and direction I plan on going is more pro-touring.
My car was originally a 6cyl/AT car. It's had some panels replaced, it's not a factory SS or RS or anything special really.
The previous owner installed Gen 1 SBC 350 and saginaw 4sp.
I found it, it's a turn key complete running driving car that's rust free, all one color with actual full interior in it under 35k so I bought it.
Since then I drove it daily for 2-3 weeks and found I put more miles on it in 3 weeks than the previous owner did in probably 5 years.
All the bushings disintegrated almost immediately.
So that started a few upgrades that's had me just turn the wallet over and start shaking. I'm almost complete for now for under the car upgrades.
So far in the past 3 months.
18" wheels/tires
LED H4 headlight upgrade
Full RideTech street grip suspension package
Powder coated all OEM control arms
Wilwood 6 piston front disc brakes
Wilwood 1" bore manual Master Cyl.
1995 LT1 T56 6 Sp. swap.
Mcloud hyd. clutch conversion
AGR variable rate steering box (on the way)
ProForged steering rebuild (on the way)
Quick Performance Posi, 4.10 gears, upgraded axles for the OEM 10 bolt. (Delivered but waiting until after I finish and put some miles on the T56 swap).
