Hello! I’m new to this forum but I’ve been on TGO for years. I recently decided to LS swap my 85 Z28. I’m here to learn as much as I can and take all the help
I can get. I’ve never raced anything close to autocross. I’ve only drag raced at the 1/4 two times. I’ve never built an engine and never LS swapped anything either. But I look forward to it all!

I’m building her primarily for autocross and time attack road racing. She’ll see the 1/4 every so often too. Street legal and registered, but I’m going to drive it like I stole it. (Safely of course).
A few things I’ve done so far are: Wilwood disc brakes front and back. Coil over front suspension. Tubular K-member and A-arms from BMR. Adjustable pan hard bar and LCA’s from BMR. UMI adjustable torque arm. Strange 12-bolt with Eaton posi. QA1 carbon fiber driveshaft. Performabuilt 4L60E. And some other odds and ends. More planned as well including weld-in SFC’s. Block will be a 5.3 bored to 5.7 specs. I’m going for about 530 HP N/A. I’m in the process of buying and assembling everything now. I’ll be looking for help and advice on getting my engine set up just right. Thanks in advance and I hope to see you all on the streets soon!
