I came across a picture of these wheels and have been looking at manufacturers webpages but have not identified them. Any assistance in identifying or pointing me in the right direction is appreciated.

If you go back to where you saw the image, rather than screenshot it, you could image-search it on google. I tried it with your screenshot and no luck.
