I know, good and cheap don't go together but, I need a double flare tool that I'll probably only used a couple times. I need one that I can do the flare on a line still in the car so needs to work in a semi tight space.
Suggestions?

I picked up one of these to accompany the full on bench tool I bought. So far this is the only one I've used. Works well.

I use this one for on car work:
https://www.amazon.com/Cal-Van-Tools-164-Line-Flaring/dp/B007QV50RE/ref=asc_df_B007QV50RE/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=312064691975&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=6860377971346597329&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9017037&hvtargid=pla-568255153146&psc=1
It's a lot better than the bar clamp style but obviously not as good as the clamp in the vise and pull a lever or hydraulic ones.

I second this style...I used NICOP tube, but this is far easier than the bar type.

I haven't found a flare tool that works on the green coated brake line yet that doesn't make a mess of the coating or slip that is affordable compared to others.
With that said... Youre really only dealing with 3/16 tube so a higher end specific to one size flare tool might be the best answer.
