Wondering what hub to use for 1967 camaro. Just picked up ride tech upper/lower/spindles from here and trying to get the rest of the front kit, plus I grabbed camaro ss 2010-15 calipers too. I think I知 gonna order the adapters from big brake upgrade and would like to run a 18x10 us mags u567 with 5 5/4 bs up front. Looks like big brake upgrade may not sell there billet hubs anymore? Would a wilwood 270-7037 hub work? Thanks

BBU`s 64-72 hubs are available, plenty of stock!

Thanks for the heads up. That’s what I went with and I thought I had the camaro 2010-15ss calipers but BBU got me squared away. They are gen6 calipers and went with c7 z51 rotors through him. I messed up the order a couple of times and he fixed it , really nice and smart guy. I’m going to buy rear setup from bbu when I order a Ford 9 , a ways out on that. Thanks

FYI 2015+ camaros use 5x120mm bolt pattern wheels/rotors. The old school "chevy" passenger car pattern is 5x4.75" (5x120.65mm). No they are not compatible. Hope the BBU hubs come with rotors that are 5x4.75" so that your chevy wheels work

Were you able to get this brake kit installed? Any issues when installing? Also, what wheels did you end up going with to keep the caliper from hitting the backside of the wheel? Any pics?

Thanks,

Does that center cap pop in with a snap ring or something? My kore3 hubs have tiny screws holding the caps on and I know I'm going to strip them eventually

They are held in with an snap-in/interference o-ring. I have a set if interested.

Front brakes installed, no issues, worked great. Calipler mounted on back but need to open the whole on the rotor a few thousandths to swallow the axle. Rocket racing wheels , 18x10 front and 18x12 rear if I remember right. Trying to figure out how to post pics again.

So I believe I have the same wheels and caliper but using a C7 rotor. My caliper is hitting the inside of my wheel. You didn't use any spacers up front?

My setup is using a stock GMSS with a F Body hub that will get turned down.

Rocket Attack 18 x9, 6" backspace

calipers are ATS Brembo calipers

rotor is a C7 JL9 = 12.6 dia, 2.010 hat depth

I am wondering if your 2015 rotor hat (2.40") difference is allowing fitment vs my current C7 rotor hat (2.010")

I’m not using spacers up front. I’m not sure on the hub differences, and we’re using different calipers , but I do have clearance between the caliper and wheel. I did go with big break upgrade for their hub , adapter , and rotor and I used a gen 6 camaro ss caliper.

How did you manage the big wheels up front on the stock subframe? I need to do some measuring for rims on my 69'

Ridetech tru turn and notching the subframe a little helps some.
