What tires are you guys finding to give the best of all worlds on the street? Not a track car, very little if any autox, just spirited fun .. 68 Camaro, mini tubs, rolled lips and Ridetech triangulated 4 link/coil overs.
Looks like the most popular and most available are the NT555, Proxes 888, Invo, Pilot Super Sports and Sport Cup.. wanting (hoping & dreaming) I can get 345-30-19's to fit with 19x11.5's

How much power?

Mild Big Block 454 dyno'd at 460hp (and climbing) @ 5300rpm - 515tq.. I wouldn't let the dyno guy twist it any higher.. LOL
It's just a spirited street cruiser. Front has tubular upper and lower A arms with Viking double adjust shocks, Muncie M-20, 12 bolt 3:55's

Had Invo's on my daily driver, really liked them and would buy them again.

I’ve learned that NT555 = straight line 888 = turns. I’ve never tried to find anything in the middle usually I pick one or the other.

I really like my Toyo R888R's but they are kinda loud. They will hook a higher HP car as well as possible on the street but are pretty soft. I could hook my twin turbo Vette pretty well until about 800hp after that I switched a 15 inch ET Streets. Unless you need the traction they might be overkill.

Falken Azenis FK510’s are nice. Asymmetrical too so you can rotate em.

Lol scratch that! Looks like Falken doesn’t even have that size you’re looking for

Hard to go wrong with Pilots. I’ve run them on a lot of high end cars. Great all around tire. Not cheap.

You know what - I just picked up a E60 M5 and it came with general Gmax-RS.
Pretty good tire for the money. Probably won’t last as long or perform as well for as long. But when new they are quite good tires.

I've got the Gmax on there now but they don't make them bigger than a 305.. wish they did
