Morimoto Sealed7 headligts

Hey Guys,

Has anyone installed Morimoto Sealed7 headlights in their first gen Camaro. My question is, how much does the headlight bucket need to be modified to be able to fit them. any help would be appreciated.

They are very deep... Havent installed them in a first gen, but in a tri-five chevy. The entire back of the bucket needed to be cut out. Great light output, better than the JW speakers or truck-lites, but they are quite big.

i believe my son just installed in '67 RS bucket and had to cut the backs out.

ok. So here are some pics if anyone decides to do this in the future. It was pretty easy, just needed to trim the buckets a bit, but that’s it. I think they look pretty good!
