Please Help with wheel and tire setup

Right now i have 17s , but deciding to either get new wheels with same setup or move to 18”.

My current setup:
Front: 17x8, 4.5bs, 0 offset, 235/45
Rear: 17x8, 4.5bs, 0 offset, 245/45
Measurements from ground to fender:

Gap between rear tire and fender: 1.9"

What im looking for most importantly, is having a more deep dish style wheel (rear) instead of the wheel to align. Like the image below

Ive read so many threads but still need some confirmation on tire size, backspace and offset.

My Options:

1) Stick with 17”s
Front: 17x8, 4.5bs, 235/45
Rear: 17x9.5, 5.5bs, 255/45 (275 for 17s isn’t available here)

Question for this setup:
A- front backspace: 4.5 or 4.75?
B- what offsets? All 4

-

2) Upgrade to 18”s
Front: 18x8, 4.75bs, 235/40
Rear: 18x9, 5.25bs, 275,35
Rear2: 18x9.5, 5.5bs, 275/35

Question for this setup:
A- front backspace: 4.5 or 4.75?
B- what offsets? All 4
C- Are the tire size combo good? I chose this as it would be closest to my current ride height now
D- 9 or 9.5, opinions?

Things to consider:
-Front: 2” coil springs, 3/8” coil spacers, 2” drop spindles, adding 1/8” wheel spacers (slight tie rod/wheel rub), brakes unknown (i think 10.5”)

-Rear: ridetech leafs + 1” lowering block, might add 1/8” wheel spacers, brakes unknown (i think 10.5”)
