Not to sound like an a**, but can you even fit 24" wheels under a '68 Camaro? I've seen a picture of a black 1st gen with 18's/22's, and it looked insane. I can't even imagine trying to fit 2 more inches under there. Just out of curiousity, why are you using a wheel so big?

Not to be an a**, but please do not call this a protouring car. There is already to much miss information on what PT is. It is not throwing the largest rims you can find on it. PT cars are made to handle. That car will handle like a pig with those huge rollers on it. I am sure it will be a nice show car.

here you go

black car 19's 22's
red car 18's 20's

Ahh you beat me to it...I just found the pic

See what I'm saying though? Look at the car with 20's in the back, and then the car with 22's in the back. I can tell a pretty big difference between the two, and the one with 22's looks ridiculous to me. It doesn't look real...almost like a photoshop job of a hot wheels car to make it look lifesize. I just can't imagine how ridiculous 24's would look, and how you would ever fit them under the wheelwells.

I like the black car for what it is.....a very nice show car. It sold already for around 90k

Here are some more pics of that black car from a different angle. I like big wheels but, damn. Good luck! post some pics when you get your wheels and tires mounted. I think it will look awsome. What wheel size is going on the front? Intro is a good company.

I like it personally....:jawdrop:

there are quite a few different companies that make those size wheels....I also agree that the first picture looks like a photochop...

hmm, a 24 huh? take into consideration that the rim and tire on the black car almost rub on the upper inside quarter panel. your 24s will have the car sitting much higher in the rear 70s style. or itll have a huge gap as you pull the wheels in to clear the quarter. may look goofy from behind.

Not for me.
But people like you pushing the envelope is IMO good for the industry.
So I say go for it!

Just watch out for any large pebbles in the road. Those rubber bands will not protect those rims.

there are a few companies out there that make 24x12s now...I've seen them advertised but I believe they were for 4wd vehicles...you can try Oasis they might make you a 24x12 I bought my 24x10s from them. and like travis said goodluck on the tire I dont think you can stretch any of the 24" tires out there now onto a 12" wide wheel.

I think it will look sweet :smoke: I wish i could fit 22's in the rear on my car and make it low :hmm:

Though I kinda like the look of the big wheels, I don't think I'd ever put them on a car of mine. Just not for me.

I plan to do an air ride, but i want a very low car. so fitting a 345/25/20 will be work with the car being low as i want it.

shouldn't be too bad that tire is 26.7 tall which is pretty short. My chevelle has 29 tall tire and the rear should sit as low as I need it to lets say an inch or so If I wanted it that low.....which it may be
