I have a 68 camaro with drums all around. I’m going to be installing some 4 piston Brembo off a 6th gen camaro. My question is what type off MC should I go with. I was thinking of going with a wilwood tandem MC. And adding a residual pressure vale for the drum rears. Just to note. I plan on adding rear disk some time in the future. Any help would be appreciated.

Don't need a pressure valve in the rear. Are you doing manual or power brakes?

Pretty sure a 10 psi RPV is needed for rear drums....

Why? I thought those were only needed when the MC is mounted lower than the wheel cylinder?

Rear drums need some preload on them or they will not brake effectively. The preload keeps the pads just kissing the drums.

They are manual brakes. And will stay that way. Is there a way for me to use the original master. With the new disk brakes.

I would fully expect that you will be moving a much greater volume of fluid with 4 pistons each with, say, 40mm or so diameter versus 2 with about 12mm, and that the result would be that you'd need a larger bore MC. MAYBE a Corvette one would work, but still look the same. I have Corvette brakes on my GTO, but I don't think the pistons are all that big. Been a long time since I had them apart. The bore size difference is 1.125 compared to 1.000 for the drum brake cars, which is a little more than a 25% increase in fluid moving capability.
