1966 Cutlass Wheel size
Found some threads about guys having Pontiacs and Chevelles 66-67 with wheel size of 275/40R18 and 285/40R18 and even larger but how is it with the cutlass 66, will it allowed wheels of these sizes without any larger modification? I have been looking at wheels with following dimension 18"-9,5"- 5.25BS for rear and 18"-8"-4.5BS for front. With tires 295/45-18 and 245/45-18 will this setup work for my Cutlass? Maybe the rear is overkill, perhaps 275/45-18 is enough? What do you all think? I will also drop the car at least 2" front and rear.
