Anyone have any experience with swapping the #4 and #7 firing order. I'm just wondering if there is any difference in power? I was looking at cams online today and didn't know they even did this. Anyhow, I thought maybe it helps the exhaust scavenging by trying to even out the exhaust pulses.

supposed to make the engine run smoother.
pretty much a ploy by the cam companies to get people buy a new cam, same as conical valve springs.

WEll unless you have tested both the conical valve springs and 4/7 swap on a engine dyno I hope you keep believing that.

If you really want to learn a lot about the 4/7 swap this is a good read

If you want to learn about conical valve springs, I'm more than happy to educate anyone on them.
