Anyone know of a good source for custom A/C hose made to your specs ?? Thx

Look into EZ Clip by Eaton / Aeroquip... Vintage Air sells these kits to make up your own lines without crimping. Very easy to use and saves a lot of time and makes it easy to "clock" your fittings. They are a little pricey but I think worth the money for time saving and a lot less aggravation.

I was able to borrow a crimp tool and DIY it, it's not too bad of a process if you can get ahold of a crimper.

If you have a Pirtek near you, I would buy a kit from an AC vendor and make them myself. Clock them, mark, then take them in for crimping.

I only need an 11 1/2 inch piece overall (end of straight fitting to end of 90 fitting) I was going to have a shop custom bend some tube because I was afraid the hose would not bend in a tight radius before kinking. 1 straight female o-ring #10, and 1 90* female o-ring #10.

I just double checked the measurement. Its actually 8 inches long overall.

If you go with the EZ-Clip hose and ends check out HoseWarehouse.com (http://hosewarehouse.com/specialty/Field-Specific-EZ-Clip-A-C-Hose-and-Fittings). Their prices are much cheaper than the A/C specialty places.

No, No, one end of the hose will have a straight fitting on it, the other end of the hose will have a 90 degree fitting on it. Anyway, thanks for the replies guys. I found a local place that made it up for me.

I used to work for NAPA and most stores have the equipment to make up custom AC hoses.
