69 Camaro does Vintage Air box take up more room under dash than factory heater box

In my 69 Camaro, I'm building a custom center console which is fitting underneath the dash, nearly up to
the factory heater box, maybe have a inch clearance right now before the console makes contact with
      the factory heater box.

Want to store the ECU in this front part of the console.

Wondering if that space will be the same, larger or smaller once the Vintage Air
      unit is installed.

I'd recommend you get a Vintage Air mockup evaporator. They sell them empty -- just the plastic case -- for this exact purpose.
