Has anyone used a late model rotary style headlight switch?
Laying out a new dash insert and thought it would be nice to update from the old school stick style switch.
TIA

I used a BMW "slider" one on mine- It has separate power sources for parking and headlights and is backlit. I wired it so the parking lights can stay on (without ignition) and the headlights I put a timer on. Turn off the ignition- and after a minute the headlights turn off (programmable up to 15 min) just go to the junkyard- and you can find almost any look you want.
Also used a dimmer that control my LED instument lights ( off a mid 90's BMW 7 series)
The stock headlight switch also controlled the interior lights- I just used a double pole rocker switch w/ a center off- so now I can have the interior lights come on w/ a door opening- turn on by the switch - or off- so I can work on the car w/ the doors open and the lights not on.
