Looks nice! What are you going for on suspension and what are your wheel/tire sizes? The stance on that thing is killer right now.

Looks great. Is it still at Wades? I remember reading that you were going to pull it from there. Anyways, I can't wait to see the finished product.

Very impressive. Subtle changes that really make whole car look different. No take them off here till your 90% done before you see 20 more just like it

LOL, I would like to see specs too!! All I remember was that you were planning on a twin turbo sbc or something, or you had already built it? looks/sounds great!

Looks good, Kirt! I thought you were going to go with kodiak wheels? Any reason you switched to the CCWS, or did you just like their looks better?

You don't see those CCW's on too many Camaro's. I think they look great! Make sure you keep us updated with the car. It looks like it's going to be beautiful when finished.

Looks great. The body mods are ambitious. I hope you pull it off.

Damn I was going to split the rear rear bumper on my camaro also, I didn't add it to the rendering cause I didn't want to give anyone the chance to do it before me.

OK here is a refresher on the specs of the car.
Drive train: twin turbo'd 427ci LS1, T56 tranny, carbon fiber driveshaft, full floating 31 spline Fab 9 rearend. Engine, tranny and rear diff coolers.
Suspension: The rear chassis and suuspension is a 3 link TA series design by John Bulba (he built Lou Gilotti's C6R's). The front end is custom engineed and utilizes C5 U & L control arms. Coilovers, obviously in all corners.
Body: Extensive, as you can see by the rendering. No bolt ons or kits here. Everything will be fabricated in metal except for the lower rear deffuser, which will be carbonfiber. The underside is being built to create down force and will resemble cars like the Porsche GT,
Ferrari 360/430, etc.
JohnnyR- yes the car is still at Wades
Ralph-I liked the CCW's better
F70 t/a- 315/25/19's are Continental Vmax rated to 220 mph
streetfytr68 & prodigy- yes the body mods are ambitous, I this is my vision. A modern, supercar version of a 69' camaro. I do not want anything to look "bolted on" or "kitted". I have seen some of the other metal and carbonfiber work Wade has done and this is well within his capabilities, so I am very confident the car will come out very close to the renderings.
96Z28SS-the split bumper was Wades idea, and it looks great. You already decided you wanted it on your car so do what you like.

I was giving the forum a peek. The website is being redone. I will go as far as saying you may start seeing the build process in a magazine soon. :fingersx:
