Will a 2006 GTO steering column or any other late model column work in a 1970 Cutlass? I plan on changing out the Steering box to a Jeep one or so also.

While almost anything can be made to work, the column from a late model GTO won't bolt in by any means. If you're going through the trouble to modify a late model column to fit, I'd also suggest a better upgrade than a Jeep steering box.

Is Lee steering boxes back up for sale? I will look into some better alternatives.
You can probably use a 3rd or 4th gen camaro column. They still used a round column vs the newer rectangular plastic versions. I installed a modified 1989 column with a 2002 wiper controller in my 1969 camaro.
You will have to change out the firewall mount and I used my original dash mount bracket after grinding a relief for the high beam activation rod.
