Mounting bracket?

Can anybody give me mounting bracket dimensioins for 13" c4 rotors and c5 calipers on a stock chevelle or first gen camaro spindle? I know I can buy them from speedtech or a kit from touring classics but I have access to a mill and lathe and have more time than money.

I have looked at those, the way I understand what the page says the 13in bracket is for c4 calipers and rotors and the 12in bracket is for c5 calipers on ls1 mounts. Correct me if I am wrong.
