help with ls1 brakes on a 69 camaro

Well i was going to do a big budget brake swap on my car, but the budget just got a lot tighter since some freak cost came up on my drag car i'm working on..

Can some one give me a parts list of basically what i will need to convert front and back to disc? and also what machine work or if any is necessary.
