68 camaro rear back spacing

Hi, so everyone recomends ordering wheels first then measuring for a rear end, If that is the case what back space do you recomend getting on the rear wheels

68 camaro mini tubbed

18X11 wheels with 315/30/18 tires

I do not like the deep lip look something around 3"-4"

I have my fronts figured out

18x9.5 with a 5.5 backspacing
