Ride height question

I know, another ride height question..
I couldn't find much for measurements from other people that used this chassis, and didn't measure when the stock subframe was under.
I have a Schwartz chassis with the Ridetech single adjustable coilovers. I can out find what spring rate are on them. With only a bare shell on it, right now I'm at 27" front from floor to bottom of fender lip. Rear is around 26.25". I'm trying to judge what my ride height may get down to when the engine (ls7), trans (t56 magnum), interior, fuel tank etc etc are all in there. I haven't pinned the body to the chassis yet. It will take a decent amount to get it lower than it is currently.

Any ideas?
My tires are 265/35/18fr, 335/30/18rr. The plywood is same height as my rears I believe.

If you want your car at ride height before it's complete, the easiest thing to do is install a piece of steel (flat bar, tubing, whatever you have) with mounting holes drilled at the specified ride height for the stroke shocks you have.

For example, if you have a Ridetech 5.2 stroke shock, the ride height measurement from eye to eye is 14.5". Drill two holes that distance apart in your material and then install it in place of the coilover. Do that four times and now your car will be at ride height.

Thank you! I'm going to try that. That'd give me a chance to keep my coilovers off while I'm cutting and welding anyway.
Dale is thinking I have 5.2" front coilovers/12" spring/475#, and 4.1" rear/10" spring/275 rear spring. Does this sound correct, and do you happen to know what this would give me?

Your welcome! As for the Schwartz chassis, I don’t know for a fact what stroke shocks it comes with. I think what you have is correct but the only way to be sure is to measure your shocks.

The way to get stroke is to measure from the top of the dust cap (where the shaft goes into the shock body) to the bottom of the eyelet (do not include the rubber bumper).
