Looking for real world feedback on Art Morrison IRS/Multilink,the GOOD,the BAD and the UGLY. Any feedback from David or Marry Pozzi would be great.

Just saw this and I'll reply ...
The Good - You get modern technology with bulletproof parts. IRS offers more adjustability for "rear steer," camber, and toe, offers a comfortable ride and the ability to put power down when it's needed. Coil overs allow for simple change of coil springs and shock adjustments. The AME IRS has taken an already good car and made it that much better and as I drive it on the roadways, there's the comfort factor too. And once it's set, leave it alone and let the suspension do its job. This IRS was designed for a first-gen Camaro and as mine's a second-gen, see below. A first-gen is much easier for the install than what was needed to fit that mess 'o tubes and monster Dana 60 rear diff underneath my car.
The Bad - You will have to have some mad fabrication skills and more than just hand tools to get this IRS underneath your car. Plan on major evisceration of the floor pan, cutting and patching the rear rails or replace them entirely with the ones that AME can supply. And you'll have to know how to weld and look at parts with "load path management" strongly in mind. We strengthened brackets and looked at each mounting perch with the idea that we could make it a stronger, more integrated, connection to keep it intact no matter what loads I threw at this suspension. So far, so good ... but remember, this is not a bolt-in system. You'll be spending hours underneath your car measuring and fabricating
The Ugly - YOU!! You'll be cutting, welding, and then painting almost everything underneath the chassis and floor. I used a medium grey and was still blowing grey snot several months later. My hair, skin and probably my teeth ended up grey. But it was definitely worth it.

I installed one in my 69 Camaro using the AME frame rails and some good advice from David. I replaced the floor and trunk floor at the same time so I modified them before installing them. I had a body jig to keep everything lined up. Once the frame rails were installed the shell went on the rotisserie to make the painting etc a little easier. The subframe connectors were also installed before it went on the rotisserie.
I have a long way to go before I can comment on ride quality etc.
