View Full Version : What wheels would you install on my car?

So I'm tossing around the idea of replacing my wheels. I have a couple designs that are pretty firmly set in my mind, but I thought it might be fun to get some perspective from the rest of you PTer's on what designs, finishes, brands that some of you think would look cool. No budget. Let's see what you dreamers would put on there.
Reality: I don't have an unlimited budget for wheels... I need to stay close to my current set up in size. 18x9front, and 18x10 rear. I will be using a 3pcs no matter as I plan for a mini tub in the rear and would want change rear inner hoops to a wider hoop to accept a 335 rear when that happens.
Dreaming: I could spend $6k+ plus on wheels and tires, size is no object, and any color and finish would look amazing.
Here she is to get an idea of what I'm working with, except I recently installed new Baer 6S calipers on a 14" rotors, so suggestions of 16" IROCS isn't gonna work lol

I think that 18" ccw's would look badass on your car, and it's a 3 PC wheel.

I second the ccw's. For a custom width wheel, you can't beat em.

I'd really like to know why the cheaper wheel brands make such ugly wheels.
TSW is a good cheaper brand and they have a few good looking designs.
There are a lot of companies making something similar to this one. I think these look pretty good, they are new this year.

This one is also new this year. It's a cool looking wheel, but with the snowflake style of it, it might look weird on a Camaro. I'd be tempted to put them on one of my TAs though, especially with a black lip and gold center.

I like them, but I don't love them anymore. Its a classic look that will never go out of style, but with the Chinese knock off wheel companies every euro/asian fan boy has a set that looks like the CCW. I really like the 5 spoke hybrid wheel they offer, but they don't do them in 18" or I would seriously be contemplating them.

I never knew that TSW made a 3pcs wheel. I like both style, and I also like the finishes. I could see either looking good on my car, but I agree the GTA style mesh wheel would probably be at home more on a bird than a camaro.

Mehhbee... I honestly I'm so torn with all the great styles of wheels out there, but in my "pretty sure" file, there is Forgelines. I have spoke with Todd about them, but can't pull the trigger yet, so I thought I would see what others would do on my car. Some nice options so far.

Justina's car really looks perfect with those wheels on it. Too perfect for me to flatter her and the rest of the schwartz crew by using the same wheel. I can dream about it hahaha.
