I have a 74 Z28 Camaro and installed the rear disk brakes that came on the later 2nd gen Firebirds several years ago. Only problem so far is the e-brake cable rubbing on inside of the tire on drivers side. Does anyone (Wilwood, Baer, etc) make a rear disk brake where cable doesn't run parallel to driveshaft? I want to run wider rear wheels that will make the problem even worse.

I am amazed that there have been zero replays! Anyone?

4th gen camaro brakes (ls1) are rear pull and may work.

S10 rear disc makes good swap. the complete p brake/adapter/backing plates run around $150 a side, bolt it on slide on a rotor and caliper and your done.

Here is link to my post on S10 parts:

Lots of ways to go, the staggered shock Fbody guys like using two of same side calipers and brackets I believe.
I have two 4wd backing plate setups, with trashed shoes. take offs from customer car, it needed other work so after pricing parts and labor sold complete GM setup backing plate and all,,,both sides.
