Do 5x120MM Wheels fit on early chevy 5x4.75?

Im hearing different answeres. Do 120MM fit on 4.75 wheel pattern? Or would i need adaptors? I have a 1972 chevelle. Some people say they have been riding on 120mm wheels on there Chevelles and Camaros for years with no issues.

They are a tiny bit off from being perfect but yeah many people including us have run them on cars for a very long time and no problems.

There is/has been a lot of discussion on this. I run 5x120 wheels on my first gen and have never had a problem, but a lot of people will tell you its unsafe. Do some research and make a decision based on what you find.

As has been mentioned, plenty of people have run them with no problem.

This is the best solution I've seen and I have a set of BMW wheels I plan to do this to.
