I'm not sure if this makes a difference but it seems odd to me, that this particular bracket would sit between the MC and booster, where as the Wilwood sits on the outside of the MC so that it doesn't affect the MC mating to the Booster.

Just wanted to know if you thought this was a big deal or one of those, "it's not ideal, but if it's the only bracket that you have, it's not going to cause any real noticeable difference, although it will take the pedal to travel 3mm more to engage the brakes then without the bracket "..

I tried to flip the Wilwood prop valve backet upside down and mount it on the top vs hanging off the bottom and thus it sits on the inside of the MC vs the outside, but it sits a tad high, so wondering if this (My guess CPP bracket) will work or not.

Also if not, I may be able to pick up another under bracket from a company, will see how it mounts tomorrow.

Thanks for being patient.

first image has the bracket to hold my prop valve under the MC, the second picture the bracket is removed, you can see that the gap between the MC and the Booster is gone when I remove the bracket.

I am not sure what bracket that is. But, shouldn't it go in front of the mc and not in between the booster and mc?

This one does not and it would cause an extra 3mm in pedal travel. You can take it up with CPP think that's where it came from. I have another coming from Kore3 that appears to be designed right and it does in fact sit in front vs in between..

But I'm getting closer!

Thanks

Perhaps I don't follow what you are saying, but the brake actuating rod is adjustable for a reason...

Possibly but I've been known to need a translator to understand at times.

The rod between the Booster and the M/C is not adjustable. The Rod from the brake pedal to the Booster is adjustable, but pushing on the pedal will require an extra 3mm before the Booster contacts the MC piston with the bracket stuck in between the MC and booster like that. And the 3mm number could be a bit bigger but that's how wide the bracket is.

I just received my KORE piece and it's perfect, could sit a tad closer to the M/C bottom, but it will work well and has the right design. Thanks Tobin!

Well, should have minded my own business... (not bad just apologizing).

Actually take it as a compliment I assumed that your car would have come with an adjustable rod between the boost and the M/c.

These two I have worked on getting parts (vented 11.5 front solid 11.8 rear) to work together for a budget system on a much smaller car, both had adjustable rods:

No worries sir, sometimes posts like this make me rethink my position and it makes me take a second look. I'm more than happy to have someone slap me upside the head if I learn something afterwards. So noooo issues at all :)
