Hello all. I think it's about time I say "what's up" after scouring these forums for the past few months. You guys are a wealth of knowledge and every problem that I have encountered thus far, I have found answers to here.

My last build was a 63 Impala SS (stock), before that a 65 mustang fastback resto-mod, and a 70 GTO to start. I've built cars with my father all my life, so I got hooked early, but we never built anything as crazy as what I'm doing now (which is probably no big deal for most of you).

I got a 66 Chevelle back in May and have been playing with it every chance I get, which isn't too often. I ripped out the stock 6 and drivetrain, reinforced the frame like a mad man. Got an L76/6L80, a 1966 POSI 12 bolt, new parts all over, and went to town on it. Ditched the DOD cam and lifters, etc. for a nice COMP set up, and went through the bottom end.

I've done a lot of work to this point, but have a lot more to go. Check out the pics, there's more to come.

Hello how far below the frame rails does the transmission pan hang?
