Got this from ricks yesterday. Its a really nice piece. You can either use their billet fuel hat with 1 or 2 pumps or a GM 5th gen fuel module. I chose 2 Walbro 450 pumps since I will be running e85.
Got it through Matts Classic Bowties and the service was fantastic as usual.

Hello
Believe I sold you your T56 transmission
Are you worried about rust or corrosion in your tank using E85?
I will be using E85 as well
Have Rick Valley fabricating a staibless tank
I am using a dual pump Aeromotive phantom setup (using twin 340lph E85 version pumps)
There is a flex fuel sensor made for the LS3 I am using as well

Yep that was me. I told Ricks what I was using it for and they didnt say anything so Im willing to bet its fine. I did run all PTFE lines though which was a pain.

VaporWorx has just completed validation testing on the Walbro 450lph pump. The PressureWorx PWM controller works well with this pump when set up in a staged arrangement. In other words, a primary pump that runs whenever the engine is on, and a secondary that is turned on via a relay + Hobb's switch at the appropriate load. Up to three 450's can be run this way.
The only trick is that a small bypass must be used to allow some fuel to flow at low fuel demand. Usually a 0.030" hole is sufficient and can be plumbed in through the return line. This similar amount of fuel is used in OE applications to drive the suction pumps.

Wonder how that setup will work. Assuming you wont be using a hobbs switch to activate the second pump. Aeromotive's dual set up has two outlets. One for each pump. Seems that it would be much easier to isolate them and run the switch.

Since those pumps have a check valve they are essentially blind to the system until they come on. Port the outlet of each pump to a "Y" block, then a single AN8 to a filter, then to the fuel rail.
